Barbara Basel brings over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, human resources, administration, budget & finance, and project management to our Dynamic Leadership Coaching & Mentoring Program. She has expertise as an executive leader, consultant, coach, and trainer. Barbara is a passionate and enterprising visionary and strategic coach with a focus on organizational effectiveness and people enablement along with practical, thoughtful actions that promote positive outcomes.

Barbara possesses an MA in Human Service Administration, BS in Elementary Education and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), MBTI, DiSC, EQ-i 2.0 and multiple 360 assessment tools and training systems. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Personal Coach and a graduate of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)’s Global Team Coaching Program.
