Background
Ebony Lofton joined FranklinCovey’s Education practice in the summer of 2017 as a Leader in Me Coach. In her role as coach, she will serve schools throughout Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.
Prior to working for FranklinCovey, Ebony received her B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from NC State University. She taught for 10 years, mainly in middle school, before pursuing her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from East Carolina University. It was during her pursuit of becoming an administrator where she found her true passion Coaching. With coaching, she can become a guide for schools to develop their own capacity and self-directedness towards their goals. She has also served as a Curriculum Coach and District Implementation Specialist for MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) for a combined experience of over 16 years in Education. More than anything, Ebony wants for ALL children to know and believe they have the power to succeed!
